I offer a challenging, dynamic, powerful Firework career coaching programme for professional people who want to find purpose, happiness and fulfilment in their career. In addition I offer practical support for clients in terms of writing CV’s and developing a clear, structured job search.

We work together on a flexible programme to suit your needs. The result is that you get to a place where you are taking the actions towards living a life where your career is an integral part, that reflects who you are and the difference you truly want to make. It is your opportuinity to step off the treadmill, reflect on what you have achieved so far in your career, what skills you have, what you really enjoy doing, and bring a new awareness of who you are, into what you do.

I am a qualified Firework Career Coach and use an approach which has 3 stages :

  • EXPLORE
  • DREAM
  • DISCOVER

Explore

In the Explore phase you will get clearer on a number of areas including your values, your life purpose, interests and passions, favourite job skills, key work motivators and your preferred working organisation and environment.

Dream

The next phase is DREAM.This is the very creative part of the process where we will be thinking outside the box to generate a number of possible career choices.

Discover

The final stage is the DISCOVER phase where you will investigate the top possibility that was generated in the DREAM phase. By the end of this phase you will turned your vision for an exciting career into a soundly based action plan to make it happen.

Commit

To get the full benefit from my career coaching Programme you will need to make a significant commitment in terms of time, money and energy. The investment of time is usually over a 3 month period and includes three one hour face to face coaching sessions, e mail contact, unlimited short calls and all the programme notes and materials. If you prefer not to follow a structured programme, we can discuss a more flexible package, or fewer sessions per month.
